Are you looking to work from home as an executive virtual assistant?

Virtual Assist USA, is currently hiring for an experienced Virtual Executive Assistant/Project Manager. We are looking for an employee between 20-40 hours per week. These hours are flexible depending on the employees preference. This is not a contractor position, but an hourly employee. Starting hourly rate $17/hr

Our virtual assistants have direct contact with our clients and need to convey the utmost professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Managing multiple clients in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with urgency.
  • Taking the lead on executive assistant duties such as managing marketing systems, website updates, third-party platforms, content creation, and social media management.
  • Ensuring top-notch customer flow and experience.
  • Preparing and sharing daily and weekly reports for various clients.
  • Keeping accurate, detailed time tracking and reporting.
  • Participating in regular staff and strategy meetings; leading client meetings as needed.

  • Hands-on experience with systems like [Wix, Google Suite, Asana, WordPress, CRM tools, and more].

  • Resourceful with strong research skills.
  • Impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or college education
  • At least 4 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM platforms, and project management software.
  • Minimum of 5 years in executive assistant/project management roles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A home office setup that includes a Mac or PC with high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a professional workspace.
