Job Posting: Commercial Painting Estimator

Location: Fords, NJ

Type: Full-time


We're recruiting for a Commercial Painting Estimator for a leading contractor in Fords, NJ. If you have 5+ years of experience in commercial painting estimation and a passion for delivering high-quality work, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive bids.
• Review blueprints, specs, and project documents.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial painting estimation experience.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and estimating software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Fords, NJ market is a plus.
