Position: Warehouse Associate

Location: Elkridge, MD

Shift: 1st shift (9:00am - 5:30pm; and 10:00am - 6:30pm; Monday - Friday)

Pay: $19.00/hour

Overview of the Warehouse Associate position:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by, processing shipments, inventory control, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a semi-fast-paced setting.

Job Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and containers.
• Perform picking and packing of orders for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers, cranes, RF scanners, and pallet jacks.
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain organization within the warehouse to facilitate smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications for the Warehouse Associate position:

• Minimum of 2 recent years of warehouse experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• A commitment to teamwork and effective communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
