What You'll Do:
Manage calendars and schedules efficiently.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and creating itineraries.
Oversee social media management and engagement.
Create professional PowerPoint presentations.
Handle invoicing and payment processing.
Prepare and submit expense reports.
Provide outstanding client care and support.
Assist with light event planning and coordination.
Organize and manage email correspondence.
Develop and maintain procedural documents.
Manage newsletters for distribution.

What You'll Need:
A minimum of three (3) years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
A fully equipped home office, including:
A computer with MS Office 365.
High-speed internet access.
A smartphone with email capability.
A webcam for virtual meetings.
Strong proficiency with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software).
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A commitment to professionalism and confidentiality.
Additional Details:
This is a 1099 contractor position.
The role requires availability during regular business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m. local time).
Candidates must pass a background check prior to contracting.
Applicants residing in MT, PA, NY, NJ, or CA are currently not eligible for this role.
This position is not project-based and is incompatible with full-time employment elsewhere.
