Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant with agency experience to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating video editing projects and managing various administrative and project-related tasks. This is a remote position requiring strong communication, multitasking skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Video Editing Coordination:
• Liaise with video editors to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Review and provide feedback on video drafts to ensure quality and alignment with project goals.
• Maintain a project schedule and track progress to meet deadlines.
• Project Management:
• Plan, organize, and oversee assigned projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders regularly.
• Administrative Support:
• Manage email correspondence, schedules, and calendars efficiently.
• Prepare and organize project documents and reports.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably within an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of video editing workflows and project coordination.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with remote work and familiarity with tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills:
• Basic knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
• Experience in creative or marketing agencies is highly preferred.
