JOB PURPOSETia Marie Trucking Inc. is looking for a dedicated and personable team member to help grow the business, grow and maintain client relations and provide top notch service in the industry. Tia Marie Trucking specializes in efficient and reliable transporting of various construction materials including aggregate, sand, topsoil, construction debris etc. In this position you will coordinate our truck drivers, assist clients with quotes and service calls, provide information to drivers for service calls and complete paperwork for service calls and contracts.JOB DUTIES Receiving calls from drivers, clients and other authorities Evaluating the safety of roadside situations Relaying information timely by sharing important information with truck drivers and team Working as a team: Communicating with co-dispatchers and drivers to complete calls quickly and safely Ability to maintain client logs, and process paperwork as required by office Experience with Dispatch online applications is a plus but not required Good written and verbal communication skills Basic math skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently to accomplish tasks as assigned Other duties as assigned...An established LMM Private Equity firm is looking to expand their team with a Private Equity Associate!
