Classification: Full-time / Exempt
Summary / Job Objective:
The Service and Operations Manager will assume a leadership and managerial role on the Simplicity Wealth Operations Team.
Essential Job Functions:
The Service and Operations Manager will be responsible for the supervision and oversight of the entire Operations Team. This person will also work alongside the team processing service requests and day-to-day operations requests from the Wealth business.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, providing guidance, professional development opportunities, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
· Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy aligned with company objectives, integrating best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, compliance, technology, and business development teams to align operational initiatives with broader company goals.
· Deliver training to new and existing advisors and staff on our proprietary systems as it relates to
operations, and as needed, communicate procedures, documentation requirements and
account processing methodologies to these advisors and their staff.
· Process client service or investment operations requests, including account set-up, account
transfer, money-movement, trade request cases, maintenance and general administrative
duties.
· Continually evaluate day-to-day operational activities to identify process improvement opportunities.
Management Responsibilities:
· The Service and Operations Manager will work closely with the Simplicity Wealth Leadership Team to ensure the team is properly staffed and adequately resourced to support the business.
· The Service and Operations Manager will conduct periodic performance evaluations and elevate this information to the Simplicity Wealth Leadership Team.
· The Service and Operations Manager will identify key business opportunities and/or operational deficiencies and work alongside Simplicity Wealth Leadership to implement agreed upon solutions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
· 5+ Years of industry experience (RIA or TAMP).
· 5+ years of custodial experience (TD Ameritrade, Schwab, Pershing, or Fidelity).
· A minimum of 2 years in either client service, client account management, investment operations.
· A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation (based on experience)
· Annual Salary: $75,000 to $85,000
· This is an Exempt position.
· Annual performance bonus target: 10%
