Overview: As a key member of the marketing team, the Marketing Assistant/Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging, SEO-optimized content, conducting industry research, and analyzing content performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative environment. Responsibilities: Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals, incorporating SEO best practices to maximize visibility and search engine ranking. Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation and strategy development. Write, edit, and proofread compelling and informative content across various platforms. Integrate multimedia elements, such as visuals and videos, to enhance content engagement. Utilize analytics tools to track content performance, analyze results, and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights. Must-Have Skills: Solid understanding of content strategy, SEO principles, and digital marketing best practices. Proven experience in a Content Specialist, Content Writer, or similar role. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS. Nice-to-Have Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio of published content. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas. Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure content performance. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29.52 to $32.80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
