What does this role do at AHIMA? The Senior HubSpot Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in all AHIMA marketing efforts. This role will own the HubSpot instance, ensuring it is configured optimally based on developed business requirements and aligned with the Mar-tech stack. This role will work cross-company to support and maintain the platform as business needs evolve and campaigns are brought to life.
Reporting into the Vice President of Marketing, the Senior HubSpot Marketing Specialist will be responsible for collaboratively implementing the CRM and Mar-Tech strategy with operational leaders to driving stakeholder adoption by developing new capabilities, creating reports, improving existing processes, deploying new processes, and supporting users to accelerate growth and scale.

What are some of the responsibilities?- Craft and oversee captivating landing pages, forms, workflows, and email campaigns utilizing the HubSpot platform.
- Provide day-to-day support of HubSpot including but not limited to marketing campaigns, dynamic audience segmentation, setting up workflows, data imports/exports, reporting, and email deployments.
- Assist with implementing and managing customer journey automation to align data and trigger actions to other data or to leads and customers including email campaigns as needed. Establish clear retention objectives for clients and team members, ensuring alignment for mutual success.
- Use Monday.com to prioritize, process assigned requests, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Define success measurement benchmarks and KPIs to track campaign performance effectively and support overall business objectives.
- Highlight product value and promote additional services through outstanding client experiences and brand representation.
- Track and report campaign performance to determine revenue generation, engagement opportunities and future state strategy.
- Ensure compliance with the latest data standards supported by the company, and brand, legal, information security (data security and privacy compliance).
- Work with IT to create and maintain documentation, including diagrams and explanations of how data flows in, out, and throughout HubSpot.
- Provide training to other departments who utilize HubSpot for Sales, Marketing or reporting purposes.
- Creating documentation around HubSpot processes
What are the knowledge and skills requirements?- Bachelor's degree required. Degree in digital marketing or marketing analytics preferred.
- Certified HubSpot Expert required.
- 3 or more years of experience in a marketing department supporting marketing goals.
- Strong understanding of the B2B and B2C sales process, demand generation waterfall, and marketing measurement and attribution modeling.
- 3 years' experience in CRM, workflow management & automation, data segmentation, contact management, reporting and integrations with other key software applications with expertise in email campaign management.
- Experience with SalesForce, Dynamics and/or Magento a plus.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end data lifecycle across relational databases, operational data stores, business intelligence reporting, and big data analytics.
- Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, data quality, data modeling, and data architecture concepts.
- Analytical problem solver with marketing operations experience in helping managers and leader figure out new operational data flows and cadences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a complex, rapidly changing, and diverse environment.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas, regardless of the technical capacity of the audience.
