Senior HRIS Analyst – Dallas, TX – $110K

JGA has an exciting opportunity for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join a growing organization based in Dallas, TX.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of HRIS tasks, working with ADP Vantage to support an employee population of 10,000. You’ll have the opportunity to enhance processes and contribute to the success of a dynamic team.

Senior HRIS Analyst – Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management and optimization of ADP Vantage systems for a 10,000-employee population.
• Support the development and implementation of HRIS processes and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HRIS capabilities with business needs.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and timely reporting across the organization.

Senior HRIS Analyst – Requirements:

• Proven experience with ADP Vantage is a must.
• Strong organizational and technical skills, with a focus on process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
