Join Telesis7 as a Business Analyst for one of our premier clients. Enhance your career as a Business Process Analyst while researching and providing recommendations to Executives and Stakeholders.

NOTE - this is 4 days per week in office in Charlotte, NC and we are unable to provide sponsorship and are unable to work with third parties or C2C.

You will review, analyze, and evaluate the serviceability lifecycle process and data. Your focus will be on the impact on business goals and operations stakeholder needs. You will be responsible for providing detailed interaction documentation with root cause analysis, trend analysis, impact analysis, and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Documents needs and requirements
• Recommends specific ways to improve outcomes
• Compiles, analyzes, interprets, and presents complex data related to current and future processes
• Creates leadership quality presentations to propose new strategies
• Drives approved recommendations to successful business change
• Serves as primary point of contact between all stakeholders, including Customer Operations, Field Operations & Construction, and Sales teams
• Establishes strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implements these strategies
• Explores new ways to increase customer or client satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must demonstrate success in collaborating cross-functionally, adapting to change, and handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Skilled in business analysis, process and data analysis
• Ideally experience with serviceability lifecycle domain experience.
• Must be skilled in Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, and have experience putting together Executive level presentations
