Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager (Display & Social) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth through paid marketing channels including tracking performance metrics setting up campaigns building processes building and managing processes collaborating with team members developing strategies monitoring results and optimizing campaigns. You must have advanced handson experience with paid marketing channels such as Google Adwords LinkedIn X Facebook etc. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and should be able to make informed decisions based on the analysis of the data.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid display and paid social strategies across platforms like Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads Twitter Ads etc.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data adjusting targeting bidding strategies and creative assets to maximize results.
Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR CPC CPA ROAS) and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to build and improve processes for campaign execution and optimization.
Manage client budgets and ensure optimal allocation of spend across paid channels.
Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.
Key Requirements:
5 years of experience in managing paid display and paid social campaigns.
Proven track record of growing revenue and driving results through paid marketing.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Expertise in Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads X Ads and other digital platforms.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring highquality execution.
BA/BS degree in marketing or related field preferred.
