REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position reports to the Associate Vice President of Strategic Planning and has no direct reports.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Strategic Planning Specialist supports and leads planning activities and projects across the organization. The position collaborates with leaders and teams throughout the enterprise to assess, plan, and deploy key initiatives and projects that advance ProMedica's strategic priorities. The specialist gathers and analyzes data, conducts research, communicates analyses, facilitates planning activities for stakeholders, develops plans, and manages projects.
ACCOUNTABILITIES

Collect and analyze data from internal and external sources to support decision-making. Conduct analysis of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor performance to support the identification of strategic challenges, threats, advantages, and opportunities.
Prepare and present reports and presentations to leaders and teams, providing updates, insight, and recommendations on health care trends, market changes, and strategic opportunities and plans. Utilize, and assist with designing, tools to manage projects and communicate progress of processes and initiatives to stakeholders Assist in the development of business plans to evaluate feasibility and impact of strategies. Lead planning activities and project management for assigned service lines and system initiatives. Including, facilitating meetings with key stakeholders to assess & prioritize opportunities, plan key initiatives, gain approval to implement, monitor progress of deployment, and support improvement and learning.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, a related field, or an equivalent combination of experiences.
Skills:
