JOB TITLE: National and Regional Chains Sales Director– Off Premise
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Director, Sales - National Accounts, Off-Premise, you will be responsible to increase presence of Domaine Bousquet Organic wines and Origins Organic imports portfolio in the East Coast and Midwest national and Regional chains. Creating value for the chains and Origins organic by identifying the gap in the chains of Organic and healthy for you products and propose a solution to our customers and therefore developing strategic relationships with customers and distributor partners.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Identify core accounts that are not being penetrated with Origins Organic products and develop a plan to establish business with such accounts.
? Create effective long-term relationships with strategic customers, distributors, and key stakeholders to deliver Value Added impact and deliver plan responsibly.
? Influence price strategy and guardrails through 3-tier system
? Understand customer strategy and how to leverage the ORIGINS Organic value proposition to grow mutual business.
? Input into the shaping of the portfolio strategy of the U.S. by bringing in insights from your Sales team.
? Collaborate with distributors and field sales to ensure proper merchandising in chain accounts and execute key POS materials.
? Work with the regional sales managers team to build a shared sense of purpose among your teams.
? Deliver USA chain account revenue and distribution goals.
? Align all employees behind the targets and create a passion for winning in the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:ALL Five to ten years wine beverage experience, with minimum 3 year managing national and regional Accounts.
• Existing client relationship with several chains in the alcohol industry specially in the east coast.
• Have an established network of buyers.
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
• Demonstrated capacity to communicate and work effectively across functional groups/departments.
• Self-motivation and ability to work with limited amount of direction; ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish goals.
• Aptitude to think creatively and strategically and translate strategy into operational tactics.
• An independent mindset, valuing collaborative decision making, capable of championing ideas with confidence.
• Strong work ethic demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple responsibilities
• Proven track record of creating compelling and successful sales presentations tailored to customers as well as the ability to effectively communicate programs to Sales team.
• Strong data analysis and analytical thinking
• Understanding of cross channel/customer strategies
• Proven entrepreneurial spirit, strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the highest level of integrity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Nielsen/IRI information experience
• Valid driver's license and the ability to be insured.
