We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operatorto join our production team! As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines such as CNC machines, assembly lines, or packaging equipment.
• Set up machines for production runs, including loading raw materials and adjusting settings.
• Perform regular inspections and troubleshooting to ensure equipment is functioning correctly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Record and report production data, including materials used and quantities produced.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks on machinery.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification is a plus).
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently when needed.
