As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of our community-guiding prospective residents through the leasing process with confidence, warmth, and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Greet, tour, and build relationships with prospective residents to close leases and meet occupancy goals
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Maintain knowledge of available units, pricing, and community amenities
- Assist with preparing lease agreements and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations
- Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and ensure timely communication
- Conduct background checks, credit checks, and other resident screening as required
- Support marketing and outreach efforts, including social media and resident events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using property management software
- Provide excellent customer service to current residents and assist with renewals
- Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to resolve resident concerns
