Key Responsibilities: Design and produce digital and print assets, including social media graphics, email campaigns, advertisements, and presentations, that align with F.H. Furr's brand standards. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions. Take ownership of projects, from brainstorming ideas to delivering polished designs on schedule. Edit, refine, and update existing design materials to maintain consistency across platforms. Research industry and design trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table. Organize and manage design files, ensuring assets are easily accessible and project timelines are met. Adapt to feedback and challenges with a positive attitude and a drive to improve. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1-2 years of graphic design experience, including internships or freelance work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Final Cut Pro, Motion, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other design tools is a bonus. Strong foundation in typography, color theory, and layout design. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Willingness to learn new tools and techniques to stay ahead in the field. Open-minded with a passion for ongoing personal and professional growth. Excellent time management and communication skills to handle multiple projects effectively. Preferred Skills (Bonus): Experience with web design tools like Figma, Canva, or Sketch. Basic knowledge of social media platform design specifications. Illustration or motion graphics expertise.
