Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Inside Sales Representatives to drive sales and close deals over the phone. This role is focused on making high-volume calls (300-600 per day) to potential clients, building rapport quickly, and closing sales during the initial call. You will be selling our commercial lending products to small and medium-sized businesses, with the opportunity to earn substantial commission-based income. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is passionate about closing deals while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make High-Volume Sales Calls: Dial 300-600 calls per day to engage potential clients who are seeking commercial lending solutions.
  • Build Rapport and Trust: Establish immediate rapport with decision-makers, understanding their needs, and positioning Goldman Financial’s products as the solution.
  • Close the Sale: Successfully close deals on the first call by addressing client concerns, outlining benefits, and presenting compelling offers tailored to their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our lending products and financial solutions to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
  • Leverage Leads: Work with pre-qualified leads provided by the company, with the goal of turning these leads into closed sales.
  • Track and Record Sales Activities: Use CRM tools to document calls, track sales progress, and manage client information.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work alongside a supportive team of sales professionals, managers, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, cold calling, or any high-volume sales environment is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Strong Closing Ability: Demonstrated ability to close deals on the first call and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to quickly build rapport, actively listen, and communicate persuasively over the phone.
  • Resilience and Tenacity: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls and a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
  • Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and maximize earning potential.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new sales techniques, adapt to changing needs, and stay up to date with product offerings.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and other sales tools to track and manage leads and sales.

Compensation and Benefits:
