Inside/Outbound Sales Professional

$72,000 (base) to $150,000+/year

ConX Wireless - Saskatoon is seeking a skilled and experienced sales/marketing professional to join our team. As an Inside/Outbound Sales Professional , you will be responsible for working alongside the marketing team, developing and implementing by-telephone, email, digital and print marketing strategies to drive traffic to increase brand awareness and sales.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a combination of a 50,000+ inhouse contact database, web research, prospecting and sales tactics with a hunter mentality to seek new business
• Generate new contacts, craft personalized emails and communicate with potential clients
• Identify opportunities within our CRM system
• Implement customer relations management and business development tactics
• The candidate should be motivated, energetic, and team-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit with knowledge of professional business culture and corporate etiquette
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required and must be demonstrated through exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong strategic relationships
• Regular by-voice contact with current clients to assist and provide additional solutions
• Regularly communicate with the senior management and attend meetings as required
• Update performance management reports
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance attention to detail with big-picture perspective, manage priorities to follow through on multiple projects

Education and/or Experience

• Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Communications or related program
• Minimum 2 years in a direct sales role

Other Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and web-based programs like Canva
• Experience using a Content Management System (CMS) and web analytics tools
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgment; can ask for help and direction when needed to achieve goals
• Strong organizational skills, be pro-active, goal-oriented, work independently with minimal supervision
• Exceptional communication, organizational, copywriting and proofreading skills
• Ability to write for different audiences and media (print, online, etc.)
• Familiarity with municipal government, construction, trades an asset
• Strong work ethic, ability to remain focused and on task
