We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team! In this role , you will oversee various human resources functions, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to solving challenges. This position is 25 to 30 hours per week. The position will perform on client site in Cameron Park, California.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with labor laws.

• Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.

• Oversee performance evaluations and professional development programs.

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance.

Requirements:

  • 3 years HR Generalist experience required
  • Employee Relations experience required
  • LOA and Worker's Comp management experience required
  • Leadership/employee development experience a plus.

Position requires on-site client support - 24 hours per week; some remote work may also be required - Sacramento region

Must be bilingual English/Spanish
