What We're Looking For:

Mortgage Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.
NMLS License: Active NMLS license is required.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and assess borrower eligibility.
