Our client, a leader in the engineering and maintenance industry, is seeking an Electrician to join their team. As an Electrician, you will be part of the Engineering/Maintenance department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Electrician
Shift: M-F, 6:00am-2:30pm
Location: Milwaukee, WI
What's the Job?
Operate, inspect, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment to achieve optimal results.
Perform troubleshooting and resolve basic electrical wiring and circuitry issues.
Install and repair electrical equipment and wiring, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Respond quickly to emergency situations and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
Complete maintenance and repair records accurately and in a timely manner.
What's Needed?
Must possess a valid Journeyman License with specific commercial experience.
A minimum of seven years' experience as a licensed electrician is required.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is necessary.
Valid driver's license is required for operating company vehicles.
Completion of a formal apprenticeship program is preferred.
