Salary: $175,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Details Overview:
The Senior Manager of Corporate Legal Operations will oversee commercial property management, lease administration, legal contract review, and compliance, ensuring optimal asset performance and legal adherence while managing budgets
Up to 25% travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Lease & Contract Management: Oversee all lease agreements and service contracts, ensuring compliance and conducting contract reviews, including redlining, to protect company interests.
- Vendor Contract Oversight: Negotiate and manage vendor contracts (food, equipment, services) to ensure alignment with legal and operational standards.
- Development & Operations Support: Advise on property acquisitions, expansions, and renovations, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with business goals.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with property development and vendor contracts, implementing safety and compliance strategies.
- Insurance Oversight: Review and manage insurance policies to ensure comprehensive coverage for properties and operations.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents for real estate transactions, leases, and vendor agreements.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as main contact for vendors, property owners, tenants, and regulatory bodies on contract and compliance matters.
- Reporting & Market Research: Generate performance and compliance reports; conduct industry research to advise on best practices.
- Client Relations & Aviation Management: Manage client interactions and oversee aviation assets as needed.
- Additional Projects: Support other tasks and projects as assigned by leadership.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies (required); Bachelor’s in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years in lease management and legal compliance with knowledge of federal and local leasing processes.
- Experience in managing large property portfolios, including capital projects and renovations.
- Proven ability to develop and manage budgets, with strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
- Strong contract negotiation and redlining experience, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Nice to Haves:
- Paralegal certification from an ABA-accredited program.
- Experience in commercial property management, especially in retail or hospitality.
- Familiarity with property insurance policies and liability management.
- Aviation asset management experience.
