We are currently seeking an experienced Diesel, Hydrologic, and Crane Mechanic to join our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to the maintenance and repair of our fleet of heavy equipment, including diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and cranes.

Key Responsibilities :
As a Diesel, Hydrologic, and Crane Mechanic , you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of a variety of mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of our equipment. Specific responsibilities include:

• Diesel Engine Repair & Maintenance :

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines in trucks, heavy machinery, and other diesel-powered equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, and engine diagnostics.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to diesel engines.

• Hydraulic System Maintenance :

  • Service and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps, cylinders, and hoses.
  • Perform diagnostics and ensure systems are operating at optimal efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve hydraulic leaks, pressure problems, and performance issues.

• Crane Maintenance & Repair :

  • Inspect, repair, and maintain mobile and tower cranes.
  • Troubleshoot crane hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
  • Perform load tests and ensure cranes meet safety regulations and operational standards.

• General Maintenance & Repair :

  • Inspect and maintain other heavy machinery and equipment as needed.
  • Use diagnostic tools and machinery manuals to identify issues and repair faulty equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance.

• Safety & Compliance :

  • Ensure all repairs and maintenance are performed in compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team and ensure equipment is safe for operation.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic , Hydraulic Mechanic , and/or Crane Mechanic (minimum of 5 years of experience).
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and crane mechanics.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Experience with mobile cranes, tower cranes, and related lifting equipment is a plus.
• Certification in diesel mechanics, hydraulics, or crane operation/maintenance is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform manual labor.
• Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor and noisy areas.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights when necessary.
