What the Data and Business Analyst will do:

• Manage the maintenance, production reporting, and analysis of ERP financial systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Peoplesoft and Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Develop and maintain management reports, working directly with stakeholders to provide additional data as needed
• Design, plan, and implement system enhancements to meet business needs and improve efficiency
• Support financial system interfaces, performing error corrections and ensuring data integrity

What are the requirements for the Data and Business Analyst role?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5-7 years of experience as a financial systems analyst or in a similar role
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Dynamics 365
• Excellent computer/internet aptitude and strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple priorities, and adapt to change
• Highly analytical and motivated self-starter with minimal supervision and ability to work as an effective team member
