Job Description

Our client, an Investment Management firm, is seeking a Corporate Access Coordinator in their New York, NY location:

*THIS IS A 20 WEEK ASSIGNMENT*

Principal Responsibilities

  • Support Corporate Access team to deliver a higher level of client service to PMs and Analysts with a sense of prioritization and urgency
  • Implement internal communication channels and processes to streamline the flow of broker advertised and Millennium originated Corporate Access events
  • Create and manage meeting planners for company 1x1 meetings and calls
  • Manage logistics for company 1x1 meetings and calls
  • Remarket confirmed company 1x1 meetings and calls
  • Update and maintain internal proprietary Corporate Access portal to manage forward looking event marketing and requests
  • Assist Corporate Access Associates with conference template uploads

Qualifications/Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a strong academic record
  • Outstanding verbal and communication skills, with poise and confidence to interact with and influence clients at all levels
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point and the ability to manipulate data
  • Detail oriented teammate who is able to prioritize in a fast paced, constantly changing environment to ensure efficient execution
  • High degree of operational efficiency, ability to multi-task, and attention to detail
  • Good team player with strong willingness to participate and help others
