Pay Rate: $22-$23 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving / Driver / Warehouse Keeper who will be responsible for logistics, warehouse organization, and product deliveries. The ideal candidate should be a team player, have a great attitude, and be willing to follow company standards while learning new processes.

• Deliver finished products to customers and vendors using company vehicles, including:
  • (1) 1500 Silverado with loading rack
  • (2) Utility Trucks 2500
  • (1) 3500 Flatbed with stakes
• Ensure proper handling and secure transportation of materials, including tubing, pipes, and fragile parts.
• Load and unload materials safely using a forklift or crane when necessary.
• Pick up raw materials from vendors.
• Keep company vehicles clean and well-maintained.
• Provide a recent driving record .
• Use tie-down straps properly to secure loads.
• Ensure safe delivery routes and accurate navigation.
• Primarily local deliveries with occasional trips to San Diego, San Fernando Valley, and Hesperia .

• Prepare shipping boxes and create UPS labels .
• Receive materials from vendors, review orders for accuracy, and ensure quality standards.
• Stock and organize parts for assigned jobs.
• Unload deliveries using a forklift (must have forklift experience) .
• Fabricate wooden pallets/skids for large item shipments.

• Conduct monthly safety inspections around the warehouse.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks on machinery.
• Keep work areas clean, including sweeping the shop when needed.
• Remove scrap materials and place them in designated bins.
• Maintain and update inventory records.

• Valid Class C Driver's License
• Ability to lift and carry small and large materials manually
• Experience using a forklift (certification is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
• Comfortable using tie-down straps and securing loads properly
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Willingness to be a team player and maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to follow company safety and quality standards
