Are you passionate about helping others, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact? Join our growing team as a Call Center Representative! We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill two positions-Inbound and Outbound Representatives. Both roles offer the flexibility to work remotely, but adherence to Central Standard Time (CST) working hours is required.

Responsibilities

Positions Available

Inbound Call Center Representative

+ Role Overview:Respond to incoming calls, provide exceptional customer support, and assist individuals with inquiries, problem resolution, or account-related questions.

+ Responsibilities:

+ Answer calls promptly and professionally.

+ Address customer needs, concerns, or inquiries with empathy and accuracy.

+ Document calls and update relevant records.

Outbound Call Center Representative

+ Role Overview:Conduct outgoing calls to connect with clients, follow up on services, provide important updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.

+ Responsibilities:

+ Reach out to clients/customers as part of follow-ups, check-ins, or scheduled communications.

+ Communicate clearly and persuasively to support business initiatives.

+ Accurately document all call activities and maintain updated records.

What You Need to Succeed

+ Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or similar role preferred.

+ Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate systems, databases, and tools while on calls.

+ A professional, problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

+ Access to a quiet workspace with reliable internet connection.

+ Availability to work Central Standard Time (CST) hours.
