What You’ll Do:

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting – Act as the go-to expert for resolving software issues to ensure teams can work efficiently without disruptions.
• Manage & Maintain CAD/BIM Standards – Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide drafting and modeling standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Lead Training & Mentorship – Train and support designers, drafters, and engineers in CAD and BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, etc.), fostering continuous learning and improvement.
• Optimize Workflows & Collaboration – Establish efficient digital workflows that integrate design, engineering, and construction documentation processes.
• Oversee Model Coordination – Ensure seamless collaboration between teams by managing file organization, model integrity, clash detection, and data exchange across disciplines.
• Support Project Teams – Act as a technical resource, troubleshooting software issues, resolving modeling challenges, and ensuring teams are maximizing technology effectively.
• Research & Implement New Technologies – Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring new tools and software to enhance efficiency and quality in design documentation.
• Maintain Software & Licensing Compliance – Manage CAD/BIM software licenses, updates, and technology resources to ensure teams have the tools they need to succeed.

About You:

• Proven experience in CAD and BIM management within the architecture industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM-related software (Dynamo, Rhino, Bluebeam, etc.).
• Leadership and mentoring skills with a passion for teaching and improving team capabilities.
• Ability to develop and enforce company-wide CAD/BIM standards and best practices.
• A strategic mindset with problem-solving skills to enhance efficiency and project delivery.
• Knowledge of industry trends, digital workflows, and emerging design technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to keep teams running efficiently.
