We are searching for a BIM Specialist to join our growing BIM team!

What You'll Do:

• Support design teams with technical BIM issues and troubleshooting.
• Responsible for timely responses to design team support requests.
• Collaborates with BIM Managers and IT to help resolve complex Design Technology issues on projects, updating software, and deploying solutions.
• Work with/assist BIM Managers and disciplines to develop and maintain BIM resources, library content, and standards.
• Develop and support automation improvements and other design related technologies to aid the design process for disciplines.
• Support disciplines through mentoring of staff on BIM tools and processes.
• Assist BIM Managers in creating and maintaining training content including posts, guides, and curriculum to improve firmwide knowledge and expertise.
• Encourage and monitor model health best practices across the firm.
• Advocate for BIM culture and best practices to solve discipline needs.

Education and Experience:

• Educational Background: Technical or Bachelor's degree in applicable field.
• Experience: 2-5 years experience in the architecture, engineering or construction related industry. Minimum of 2 years experience with BIM Technology preferred.
• Software Skills: Autodesk AEC Building Suite; strong knowledge of Revit API, BIM software and Dynamo preferred.
• Office Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Suite.
