YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As the first point of contact for our company, you'll set the tone for excellence in every interaction. Your responsibilities as our Administrative Office Assistant - Customer Service Rep will include:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handling essential office tasks, ensuring everything stays organized and efficient.
  • Maintaining meticulous records and assisting with vital administrative duties.
  • Providing customers with estimates, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

You won't just work a job-you'll make an impact every single day. This is a full-time in-office position with the following schedule options:

  • Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Overtime available!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Excellent computer skills
