We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join and established and fast growing team in Oakville, Ontario. If you have 2-3 years of Accounts Payable experience, and are proficient with Microsoft Dynamics 365, this could be a great fit for you!

• Location: Oakville, ON - this is a fully onsite position.
• Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
• Wage: $22-23/hour - dependent on experience

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and the confidence to make sound judgments in processing invoices and payments efficiently. Duties would include but are not limited to the following:

• Process and manage incoming invoices and payment requests accurately.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 for invoice processing and account management.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Prepare weekly payment runs and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Conduct periodic audits of accounts payable processes and transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders.
